أَذْهِبِ الْبَأْسَ رَبَّ النَّاسِ، اشْفِ أَنْتَ الشَّافِي، لَا شِفَاءَ إِلَّا شِفَاؤُكَ، شِفَاءً لَا يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا

“Remove the affliction, Lord of humankind, grant healing, for You are the Healer; there is no healing but Yours — a healing that leaves no illness behind.” (meaning, not a literal translation)

Ibn al-Qayyim's Commentary

Ibn al-Qayyim frames supplication as one of three integrated elements of Prophetic treatment alongside physical remedy and professional skill — not a replacement for either, but accompanying both.
